From December 4 – 6, 2025, the BIRG Cadaveric Workshop on “All around complex fracture treatment and joint replacement in hand surgery” took place in Tuttlingen, Germany.

We were pleased to welcome numerous participants from 15 different countries, along with renowned hand surgeons who joined us as faculty members.

The course focused on complex fracture treatment and joint replacement in hand surgery. Expert lectures and case discussions provided participants with in-depth theoretical knowledge while offering ample opportunity for professional exchange and discussion.

A particular highlight of the course was the hands-on training using pre-fractured human specimens. Under the close supervision of our experienced faculty, participants were able to put their newly acquired knowledge into practice, train in a variety of surgical techniques, and further develop their practical skills.

The combination of high-quality lectures, hands-on training, and personal exchange once again made the BIRG Cadaveric Workshop a valuable educational experience.

We would like to sincerely thank all participants, faculty members, and everyone involved for their dedication and enthusiasm, which contributed to the success of the course. We greatly enjoyed our time together in Tuttlingen and look forward to welcoming you again at one of our upcoming BIRG courses!
