Over two intensive days, the focus was on the challenging treatment of complex fractures as well as modern approaches to joint replacement in hand surgery.
Under the close supervision of an experienced team of experts, participants gained an in-depth understanding of surgical approaches, biomechanical principles, and reconstructive techniques through both theoretical and practical training.
A particular highlight was the hands-on training using human specimens. The realistic training sessions covered, among other topics, the treatment of distal radius fractures, metacarpal and phalangeal injuries, as well as techniques such as ulnar shortening, PIP arthroplasty, and ulnar head replacement.
It was a highly successful workshop that left a lasting impression on everyone involved and inspired enthusiasm for future courses!
We would like to sincerely thank everyone whose dedication and passion contributed to the success of this course. It was a pleasure for us, and we hope you enjoyed it just as much!
