Interesting lectures, detailed instructions of the surgical technique on artificial bone models as well as interactive discussions gave great insights into the fitting of the PIP joint endoprosthesis. The experienced speaker and instructor team consisting of Dr Elvira Bodmer (Lucerne, Switzerland), Dr Martin Richter (Bonn, Germany), Dr Daniel Herren and Dr Stephan Schindele (both Zurich, Switzerland) received exclusively positive feedback, so that a repetition of this event on another occasion is definitely recommended.
